Starting with Reindex

We have such confidence in our product, we encourage you to use a demo system and evaluate it for yourself! If you wish to evaluate the system yourself, we encourage you to use the demo script to ensure you see all the major features of the product. Please note however, that we can and will, if you wish, demo it for you via phone/web access.

After your evaluation is completed, you can look at the pricing and, at your request, we’ll issue you a simple contract to review and sign.

Next, we need a copy of your data to load into the system. Remember that we do the data conversion at no additional cost. We can take a variety of data formats, but the one most commonly used is a simple backup of the data from your existing system.

It normally takes us less than a week to convert your data and implement your system. We’re then ready to train you in the use of the product.Training is simple, low-cost ($200) and very straightforward and only requires three hours to complete.

At that time, you will have all the basic skills to begin using the system. As the system is very configurable, at the conclusion of the training we will review the system parameters with you and how to modify them to best meet the needs of your library.

We then provide you with a two-week period to use the system and to run your acceptance test.

After two weeks we run a acceptance procedure for the service. Upon acceptance, we will bill you for the first six months of the service.

We provide unlimited email support and reacts on support requests within 24 hours. For the first month of service we offer free telephone support within the Reindex subscription
