Reindex is a new approach to integrated library systems. Instead of a group of modules, you get a fully integrated system using one interface. There is no limit on the number of concurrent users.

Reindex is a service that you can join without initial investment. The annual charge, when data is run on our servers, is USD $2000 plus USD $750 per full-time employee in the library. Data conversion is free and includes the conversion of bibliographic data, circulation data, statistical data and serials data. There are no further costs. Software updates are supplied on an automatic basis, 2-3 times per month and are included in the yearly fee.

In order to use this service, you'll need to supply:

• Access to the internet
• PC with the supported browsers installed.

Support is available for free via e-mail. If you wish phone support, it is available at a cost of USD $25/15 minutes.

Our goal is to provide you with a modern, newly designed ILS for a very minimal cost and to provide you with needed support. Training courses and are normally completed in three (3) hours and are completed over the Web and phone.

Remember that Reindex is a service and not software. We’ve made it easy for you to join and leave by making the data conversion free and the extraction of all your data possible through security controlled commands available to properly authorized staff at any time. The data is then delivered to your mailbox.
